Mrs. Richardson's New Porch Roof
We demolished the old roof, replaced the main beam and 70% of the roof and porch ceiling. We installed siding and a motion detector porch light. We installed a new roof (90lb paper and flashing), capped the roof and siding and installed a drip edge. We also installed a glass-block window.

New Kitchen Counters and Backsplash for Joy
Measured and made templates for the counters. Ordered, installed, and sealed the counters. Installed the backsplash (including a protective seal).

Webster Street Bath
Completely gutted the bathroom. Ran new wiring for lighting. Ran new wiring for separate GFI outlets for the vanity and for the whirlpool, both of which we installed.

Montgomery Avenue Porch
