The owner, Andre "Fletch" Fletcher has been in the home improvement business for more than 20 years, starting out part-time. As a result of an overwhelming demand for his services, Mr. Fletcher launched "Fletcher Restorations & Improvements" on November 20, 2004 and incorporated on January 23, 2006. Previously, Mr. Fletcher held management positions with a number of corporations in the Philadelphia area.
